By completing a transaction on dpAminos.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following return, refund, and replacement terms.
1. No-Return Policy on Reagents
Due to strict laboratory quality control standards and the risk of product degradation, all sales of research peptides, liquids, and lyophilized compounds are final.
Once a shipment leaves our distribution center or is physically handed off via our local Coachella Valley dispatch, we can no longer guarantee its temperature stability, sterile storage conditions, or chemical purity. For the safety of all research entities we serve, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or product rollbacks under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions for Replacements & Credits
While we maintain a strict final-sale policy on all research items, dpAminos is committed to resolving fulfillment discrepancies. We will issue a product replacement, missing-item dispatch, or store credit exclusively under the following verified circumstances:
- Fulfillment errors: you received an incorrect SKU, compound variant, or quantity mismatch compared to your order invoice.
- Transit damage: the structural integrity of the vials or packaging was visibly compromised during shipping.
3. Verification Protocol & Timeframes
To qualify for a replacement or store credit under Section 2, customers must complete the following verification steps:
- 48-hour window: report the damage or fulfillment error to our support team at contact@dpaminos.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the courier’s official "Delivered" timestamp.
- Photographic proof: provide clear, high-resolution photographs showing the unopened, labeled vials, the shipping label, and any broken glass, leaking liquid, or compromised seals.
- Review process: our team will review your submission within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped via priority courier at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
dpAminos will not authorize refunds, credits, or replacements for:
- Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing or stolen by the buyer;
- Compounds that have been reconstituted, mixed, handled, or used in an analytical setting;
- Orders delayed or misdelivered due to typographical errors or inaccurate shipping details submitted at checkout;
- Change-of-mind or project cancellations following order processing.
5. Local Delivery Handoff Disputes
For clients using our Coachella Valley local delivery or drop-off service via 760-285-2392, customers are required to verify order accuracy and vial condition at the moment of physical handoff. Once you accept the order from our dispatch courier, the exchange is final, and claims for transit damage are no longer valid.
