1. Intended Laboratory Use

2. Absolute Prohibition of Human or Veterinary Use

4. Complete Operational Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, climate control, laboratory application, and lawful disposal of all products upon receipt. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international regulations — including applicable California statutory law — governing the possession and transport of analytical reagents.
5. Restriction on Resale & Distribution
You agree not to resell, relabel, remediate, or distribute any products purchased from dpAminos for any application, clinical trial, or use prohibited by this agreement, or in violation of applicable state or federal law.
6. Acknowledgement & Fulfillment Notice
Placing an order on dpAminos.com or initiating local delivery via our Coachella Valley dispatch line (760-285-2392) constitutes your binding acceptance of this Research Use Only Agreement. If you do not agree to every clause outlined above, you must not purchase or use these materials.
Enforcement: If any communication sent to our support channels or local dispatch line references human dosing, personal administration, or step-by-step injection instructions, your account will be blacklisted, your order canceled, and all future service refused.
