These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dpAminos (Desert Peptides) website at dpAminos.com, operated by Parallel Congruence LLC (d/b/a Desert Peptides / dp aminos), and your purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by dpAminos are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

3. Orders, Pricing & Acceptance
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which dpAminos may accept or decline at its sole discretion, including where research verification cannot be completed or where an order raises fraud, compliance, or safety concerns.
4. Payment & Invoicing
Orders are fulfilled against an invoice issued through our billing automation partner (Pabbly) and processed securely through Stripe. You will receive your invoice by email from our invoicing partner. Orders are not confirmed until payment is completed via the secure payment link provided in that invoice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping, local delivery, and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Returns & Damage Claims
Returns, cancellations, and damaged-shipment claims are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and site design, is the property of dpAminos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
