Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the dpAminos Affiliate Program. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By applying to and/or participating in the dpAminos Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”), in addition to our general Términos de Servicio and Política de Privacidad. If you do not agree, please do not apply to or use the Program.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to participate. We may accept or decline any application, in our sole discretion, for any reason.
2. How the Program Works
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code and referral link. When a customer places an order using your code or link, that order is tracked in our system and, subject to these Terms, generates a commission for you.
You are responsible for keeping your code and account credentials secure, and for how your code is shared and used.
3. Commission & Payments
Your commission rate, and any discount your code provides to customers, will be confirmed to you when your application is approved. Unless stated otherwise, commission is calculated as a percentage of the order total after any coupon discount is applied, and excludes shipping, taxes, and the value of any free promotional items.
We may change commission rates or offer terms at any time, on a going-forward basis. Changes will not retroactively reduce commission already earned on completed orders.
4. Payouts
Payouts are issued manually, upon your request, using the payment method and details you provide through your affiliate dashboard. There is no fixed payout schedule or minimum payout threshold unless we notify you otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date payment information. We are not responsible for payments lost, delayed, or misdirected due to inaccurate details you supplied.
5. Order Eligibility, Cancellations & Refunds
Commission is earned only on completed, paid orders. If an order tied to your code is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, any associated commission will be voided or deducted from your balance, including from a payout you have already requested but not yet received.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When participating in the Program, you agree not to:
- Use your own referral code on your own purchases (“self-referring”)
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or use misleading advertising to promote your code
- Bid on “dpAminos,” “Desert Peptides,” or related brand terms in paid search or social advertising
- Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about any product, including any claim suggesting a product is intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or medical use (see Section 7)
- Represent yourself as an employee of, or exclusive partner with, dpAminos, or otherwise imply a relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate
- Offer your own additional discounts, rebates, or cashback stacked on top of your code without our written permission
Violating any of the above is grounds for immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
7. Compliance with Our Research Use Only Policy
All dpAminos products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only, as described in our Términos de Servicio and RUO / FDA Compliance page. As an affiliate, you agree not to market, promote, or describe any product in a way that suggests it is intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic use.
8. Term & Termination
This Program, and your participation in it, is offered at our sole discretion. We may suspend, modify, or terminate your participation in the Program — or end the Program itself — at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may also stop participating at any time by ceasing use of your code and notifying us.
Upon termination, your referral code and link will be deactivated and no further orders will generate commission for you. Commission already earned on legitimate, completed orders prior to termination will still be paid out upon request, unless termination is due to a violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of the Program, in which case we may withhold or reclaim unpaid commission.
9. Independent Contractor Status
You participate in the Program as an independent, non-exclusive contractor, not as an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of dpAminos. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commission you receive.
10. Use of Our Name & Materials
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the dpAminos name and any promotional materials we provide, solely to promote the Program, for as long as you remain an active, approved affiliate. You may not alter our logo or marks, or use them in any way that could confuse or mislead customers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms, commission rates, payout policies, or the Program itself at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dpAminos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including lost income or unpaid commission resulting from technical errors, third-party fraud, or termination of the Program.
13. Ley Aplicable y Disputas
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
